How to Use Sidenotes

What are Sidenotes?

Sidenotes is a convenient feature that allows you to save and manage generated values from any generator on the site. Think of it as your personal clipboard that syncs across all your devices when you're signed in, making it easy to keep track of your favorite generated content.

How to Use

Saving Values

Look for the star icon next to any generated value. Click it to save the value to your sidenotes. You'll need to be signed in to save values — if you're not, you'll be prompted to sign in. The value will appear in the sidenotes panel located at the bottom right of your screen.

Accessing Saved Values

On desktop, the sidenotes panel is always visible in the bottom right corner. On mobile devices, look for the clipboard icon at the bottom right - tap it to expand the panel.

Managing Your Sidenotes

Each saved value shows:

The generated value
The name of the generator it came from (clickable to return to that generator)
Copy button to quickly copy the value
Delete button to remove the value from your saved list

Additional Controls

Use the collapse/expand button to minimize the panel while keeping it accessible
Click "Clear all saved values" to remove all saved items at once
Your saved values are stored in your account and sync across all your devices
