Yes. Signed-in users can export capped batches from supported generators and packs as CSV, TXT, or Excel files. Single-generator exports use count options shown on the page, and pack exports support up to 100 names. See /docs/bulk-export for the full guide.

Bulk export is for generated outputs only. It does not expose generator source lists, datasets, code, or implementation details.

No. Random Generatr does not offer a public name generator API for automated access today. The supported way to get a larger list is signed-in bulk export, with CSV, TXT, and Excel files plus visible limits.

There is no announced timeline for a public API, and bulk export may stay the only supported way to pull larger batches. If an official API or higher-volume export is ever added, the bulk export guide is where it will be documented first.

Until then, do not treat the site, export tools, or internal routes as an unlimited API. Scraping, automated high-volume requests, and cloning generator data are not allowed.

Yes. Exported names are generated outputs, so you can use them in personal or commercial creative projects without attribution. That includes books, games, tabletop campaigns, videos, podcasts, client work, products, and brands.

You still need to check the names before public use. Search exact matches and likely spellings, review trademarks, and get legal advice when the name matters to a product, brand, company, title, or main character.

It can happen. Random generation can produce short words, familiar sounds, or names that already exist somewhere. For anything public or commercial, treat generated names as drafts. Search the exact phrase, check obvious spellings, and change the name if it is too close to something well known.

Ordinary batches are not added to an account history of every generated name. Saved values, custom-generator inputs, recent history, and submitted feedback are separate data flows. Sidenotes are individual saved names or values. The floating sidenotes panel and /favorites show the same saved-value collection; favorites is not a separate set of bookmarked generators. Recently visited generators are shortcuts to pages you opened. Use /docs/sidenotes for account sync, pending saves, and exact-shortlist export.

You can generate and copy individual names without signing in. An account lets you save values, use name tweaks, create custom generators, and download supported capped batches. Cross-device access applies after a save is confirmed, not while it is pending in your browser. If you need one tavern name, you probably do not need an account.

Do not assume so. Site content and code use AI-assisted drafting and editing. Copy editing, algorithmic generation, and specialist verification are different activities. A page only establishes a specific human review when it identifies a real reviewer and review scope.
