These Terms of Service govern your use of the Random Generatr website and any related services provided by Random Generatr. By accessing our website, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website.

The license in this section is for Random Generatr site materials: the website, software, generator code, source lists, databases, design, images, documentation, and page content. Generated outputs are covered in the next section.

Permission is granted to temporarily use those materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Random Generatr's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Random Generatr at any time.

You may use names, text, and other outputs generated by Random Generatr for any personal or commercial purpose, with no attribution required. Use them in books, games, tabletop campaigns, videos, podcasts, client projects, products, or brands. This includes generated outputs you copy, save, or export through Random Generatr's capped export tools. Random Generatr does not claim ownership over the outputs you generate.

This permission does not give you the right to copy, scrape, resell, mirror, or extract Random Generatr site materials, including generator code, source lists, datasets, databases, images, design, or page content. Exporting generated outputs does not permit automated high-volume requests, scraping, or attempts to clone the generators, and those requests may be blocked.

Before using an output publicly, especially for a brand, product, title, company, or main character, check it yourself. Run exact-match and likely-spelling searches, check trademarks, domains, social handles, and cultural context, and get legal clearance when needed.

Bulk export, where available, is a signed-in feature for capped CSV, TXT, or Excel downloads of generated outputs. It is intended for creative workflows such as manuscripts, tabletop campaigns, game prototypes, and project notes.

Random Generatr does not provide a public name generator API. Scraping, automated high-volume requests, bypassing export limits, cloning generator datasets, or using internal routes as an automated data source is not allowed and may be blocked.

The materials on Random Generatr's website are provided "as is". Random Generatr makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Random Generatr does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event shall Random Generatr or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Random Generatr's website, even if Random Generatr or a Random Generatr authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Random Generatr has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Random Generatr of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Random Generatr may revise these Terms of Service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
