This page describes the use rules for Random Generatr, the publishing name of the project at saguiitay/randomtools3. It distinguishes the names you generate from the materials used to run and publish the site. See the publisher and AI-assisted content policy for responsibility and review limits.

Random Generatr permits personal or commercial creative use of generated names, text, and other outputs without attribution. This includes outputs you copy, save, or download through the capped export tools for books, games, campaigns, and client projects. Random Generatr does not claim ownership over those outputs.

This is permission from this site, not clearance of third-party rights, exclusivity, or a guarantee that an output can be protected. Results may match existing names, brands, or fictional characters. A franchise-inspired generator does not grant rights to that franchise.

Before public or commercial use, search exact matches and likely spellings, check trademarks, domains, and social handles, and review cultural context. Get legal advice when clearance matters. A generated name or analyzer score does not perform these checks.

Site materials include code, source lists, datasets, databases, articles, documentation, design, and images. Output-use permission does not grant a blanket right to copy, resell, or mirror these materials. Check any separately stated license and third-party rights.

• Do not scrape source lists or clone generators through automated extraction.
• Do not bypass account checks, rate limits, or export caps.
• Do not remove rights notices or present site materials as your own.
• Do not use the service to impersonate people, mislead others, or interfere with access.

These hosted-service rules do not replace permissions explicitly granted under a separate software or content license.

Ordinary generation and individual copying do not require an account. Saving values, custom generators, and supported bulk downloads use sign-in. Packs are themed tools, not subscription plans; custom generators are an account feature, not a separate price tier.

Keep access to your sign-in account secure. Wait for save or deletion confirmation and keep your own copy of important work. Pending changes and custom-generator drafts can remain in browser storage. Signing out does not erase them. See the saved names guide and privacy policy for storage, export, and removal limits.

Generator exports create fresh capped batches. Favorites exports contain the shown shortlist; pack exports can include locked values. These downloads are not a public API. Automated high-volume requests, bypassing caps, and using internal routes as an automated data source are not allowed and may be blocked.

Outputs are creative starting points. They may repeat, contain errors, or be unsuitable for a particular use. Cultural labels, source-list modes, and plausible spellings do not verify origin, meaning, pronunciation, or real-person naming eligibility. Articles may use AI-assisted drafting and are not automatically specialist-reviewed.

The site does not promise uninterrupted access, recovery of lost work, or a particular result. Keep copies outside the site. This description does not determine which warranties, remedies, or consumer rights apply under local law; that requires legal review.

Linked sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Resource or affiliate links are not verification of every claim on the destination page. Review the destination before sharing information or making a purchase.
